The Allen Etiquette Institute (AEI) is a division of F. Allen & Associates, Inc., specializing in business etiquette and protocol training. Fannie L. Allen is president of F. Allen & Associates and director of AEI. A certified Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant, Ms. Allen graduated from the Protocol School of Washington - the nation's leading school of protocol. Following her graduation from Morris Brown College, Ms. Allen earned her Master's degree in Business Administration from Averett University (formerly Averett College) and has traveled to numerous foreign countries. She is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Reserve and has participated in many leadership programs in both military and civilian arenas.

AEI provides seminars, workshops and dining tutorials on Teen Etiquette for Today, Dining Skills for Teens and Young Adults, Children's Etiquette for Today, Dining Skills for Children.

Participations attending full seminars will engage in role-playing exercises and will be provided with a workbook to keep as a reference guide.

AEI also provides seminars, workshops and dining tutorials for adults on Business Etiquette, Dining Skills and International Protocol, including Dining Like a Diplomat.

Private tutorials in each subject area are available upon request.
